*Cardiothoracic Physician Assistants – Full-Time*

*Schedule:* Flexible – Choose between 3-4 *12-hour shifts per week* or a *Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM* schedule
*Pay Rate:* $130 - $150 per hour

We are seeking *two experienced Cardiothoracic Physician Assistants* to join a dynamic surgical team in Staten Island. This role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled group of *three physicians* in a well-supported department.

*Responsibilities of Cardiothoracic Physician Assistants:*
* Assist in *cardiothoracic surgeries*, with an average of *0-2 surgical cases per day*
* Provide *critical care support* in a unit handling *10 patients per day*, shared among a collaborative care team
* Perform *first assist* duties and *vein harvesting* as needed
* Utilize *Allscripts EMR* for documentation

*Requirements for Cardiothoracic Physician Assistants:*
* *Certified Physician Assistant* with experience in *cardiothoracic surgery*
* Proficiency in *first assist* and *vein harvesting*
* Strong team player comfortable working in both *surgical and critical care settings*
