Job Summary:

This is a 13-week local contract nursing job requiring a registered nurse with experience in intensive care units. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active RN licensure in Virginia.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU settings.
• BLS certification.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
