In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering

next-generation product content , ensuring that

users can operate LINQ workcells with confidence—anytime, anywhere.Your Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management (30%)Develop

clear, concise, and engaging documentation , including

user guides, FAQs, API references, and troubleshooting resources .

Ensure content is

tailored to different user personas , from lab technicians to automation engineers.

Knowledge Management (20%)Architect

intelligent knowledge repositories

with structured

taxonomy, tagging, and governance frameworks .

Ensure

information is easily searchable, logically organized, and continuously optimized

based on usage data.

Automation & In-Product Content Delivery (20%)Implement

AI-powered, automated content generation tools

to keep documentation up to date

at scale .

Integrate

contextual in-app help and knowledge systems

to provide internal and external users with answers

precisely when they need them .

Quality Assurance & Optimization (15%)Establish key performance metrics and OKRs to ensure systems are meeting expectations and delivering value.

Establish

high editorial standards

to maintain

accuracy, clarity, and relevance

across all documentation.

Regularly audit and update knowledge resources to

reflect product advancements and user feedback .

User Engagement & Continuous Improvement (15%)Proactively gather and analyze

user feedback, support tickets, and content performance metrics .

Continuously refine

content strategy

to improve user

understanding, retention, and overall satisfaction .

What We’re Looking For

Clear, detail-oriented writing style , with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into

simple, actionable guidance .

Experience designing and managing automated content generation systems —you know how to scale documentation

without sacrificing quality .

Expertise in in-app content serving platforms —you understand how to deliver knowledge in the

right place, at the right time .

A strategic, systems-thinking mindset —you can architect

highly scalable content frameworks

that drive long-term success.

Bonus Points for:

Experience in

life sciences, biotech, or other technical/scientific industries .Background in

UX writing, instructional design, or technical education .Familiarity with
