We seek a dedicated and compassionate respiratory therapist to lead our CPAP program and support our mission of delivering exceptional home-based respiratory care.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guided and supported a team of CPAP specialists, complex care coordinators, and respiratory therapists (RT I and liaisons), helping them succeed in their roles.
• Patient Care Excellence: Ensure the team provides compassionate and effective care for patients with complex respiratory needs.
• Program Development: Lead the growth and development of the CPAP program, exploring new ways to enhance services and support patients.

Requirements

• A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a passion for patient care.
• Leadership and management experience in a clinical or homecare setting is required.
• A strong communicator and team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
