MDA (Medical Doctor Associates) is actively searching for Immediate Need for a Geriatric Psychiatrist for 3-6 months or longer in Williamsburg, VA. Candidate must have experience working with an acute adult Inpatient population. Geriatric Population

• Geriatric admission unit, receiving 0-2 admissions per week
• Shared caseload of approximately 20 patients
• Ward is covered by an attending and two full-time internist
• Admission work-ups, daily treatment team meetings, monthly progress notes, annual summaries,
• Complete and sign discharge summary within 15 days of discharge

This is a full time position, M-F, 40 hours per week; 8am to 5pm; 1 hour for lunch. NO overtime, NO weekends, NO holidays, and NO on-call duties.Provider must have Virginia Medical License, Federal DEA registered in the state/facility, Current BLS, Current Immunizations, No sanctions, licensure actions, etc.
