Looking for a locum Endocrinologist to join the team!
Practice Setting: Primarily Outpatient. Would prefer someone that could do inpatient/outpatient.
Call Schedule: N/A. Fellows take call
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 18-20
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days if emergency privs not granted
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Board Certification - Required IM/Endocrinology - must be BC or BE within 1 year of fellowship training
Active IL License - Highly Preferred
ACLS/BLS - Required
