Locums - Marshfield, Wisconsin, Gastroenterology JobClinical Role:
  • Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees!
  • Coverage Dates for Inpatient Coverage needed:
    • April 3 - April 9
    • April 24 - April 30
    • May 15 - May 28
    • June 5 - June 15
  • In need of 3 weeks of locum coverage per month - two weeks inpatient and one week outpatient
  • Inpatient hours are 8am-5pm with weeknight call
  • Outpatient hours are Mon.-Fri., 8am-5pm with 1-2 weeknights of call
  • Potential for occasional weekend call coverage, but will typically just be weeknights
  • Locum can expect to perform 13-14 outpatient procedures per day
  • Locum must be able to administer conscious sedation for outpatient work, as there is no Anesthesia support in the GI unit
  • GI Techs and RNs support the physicians during procedures
  • Admissions Required
  • Hospital Stroke Certified
  • Call Ratio: 1:3
  • 15 Minutes call response time required
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
  • ACLS, BLS Required
  • Trauma Level II
  • EMR: Cerner
