We are looking for a experienced pasta cook capable of commanding a high volume pasta station for our 80 seat dining room and bar. We offer dinner service from 5:00pm - 10:00pm, six nights per week, and are closed on Tuesdays. We offer housing at a subsidized monthly rate. We offer a weekly schedule of 50 - 60 hours per week between mid May - Mid October. We offer a core BOH and FOH management team that has been in place for many years and has established a positive work culture.
