Medical Malpractice Litigation Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Assistant to join our team at Stalwart Law Group , a boutique civil litigation firm in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of medical malpractice claims from intake to resolution, including client communication, record requests, calendaring, filing, drafting complaints, pleadings, discovery, arbitration, and mediation briefs.
• Assisting with pre-trial preparation and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a paperless system.
• Proficiency in firm systems: Slack, Clio, Asana, Dropbox.
