About The Role

This Software Manager role is an opportunity to grow a small team with an MVP into a polished software product that provides value in the real world. It will require a blend of technical leadership, personal development & coaching, and direct software contributions.

An ideal candidate would be someone with 5+ years of industry experience with at least 2 in a leadership role in the areas of cloud software development and production deployments. Candidates should be comfortable with Python and understand the challenges associated with production cloud software deployments.

The role includes substantial autonomy for this leader to build the skills and capabilities of their team while creating a vision and direction for a line of products with significant impact to our organization. Someone with a desire to accomplish big things while helping those around them become better engineers will excel.
