Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and management of complex litigation cases from inception through trial.
2. Drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other legal correspondence.
3. Conducting extensive legal research to support the development of case strategies and legal arguments.
4. Assisting attorneys in trial preparation by preparing case files, exhibits, and witness materials.
5. Coordinating and managing all case-related documents and information, ensuring they are organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
6. Liaising with clients, witnesses, court officials, and other professionals to facilitate case progression.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation.
2. Proficient in drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands.
3. Strong legal research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal information accurately and effectively.
4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with clients and other professionals.
