Key Responsibilities:
• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Ensure all tables are properly set with clean tableware, glassware, and silverware.
• Deliver bread, water, and other necessary items to guests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including floors, service stations, and restrooms.
• Assist in running food to tables when needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support the front-of-house team in maintaining a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Busser, Server Assistant, or similar role in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
