We're seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between our customers and product teams. In this role, you'll help customers successfully implement thirdweb's full suite of SDKs, smart contracts, and infrastructure while gathering valuable feedback to improve our platform.What you’ll be doing

Provide technical and architectural advice to both business stakeholders and developers through various stages of the project lifecycleLead technical discovery calls and product demonstrations for potential customersActively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical adviser and product advocateHelp diagnose and debug customer issues across the stack (smart contracts, front/back end, infra)Build and maintain scalable technical content including implementation guides, solution templates, and reusable code samplesCollaborate with the product team to translate customer feedback into feature improvementsBuild proof-of-concept applications showcasing thirdweb's capabilitiesProactively identify and develop internal tools, automation scripts, and processes that increase the solutions team’s efficiencySupport customers through various channels including Discord, email, and video callsWhat we're looking for

3+ years of software development experienceStrong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React1-2 years of hands-on experience with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and NFTsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving mindset and ability to debug complex technical issuesExperience with Git and version controlExperience with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.)Familiarity with web3 development frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry)Contributions to open-source projectsExperience with developer tools and SDK implementationExperience in a customer-facing support roleA constant learner who thrives in a fast pace environment and enjoys the challenge of a changing technical product
