Join a nimble team of 40 where your impact will be immediately visible and valued. This role offers the unique chance to build and lead a marketing organization from the ground up, working directly with the CEO and Head of U.S. to drive hypergrowth in the American market.The Role

The Head of Marketing will be instrumental in scaling this high-potential AI product in the U.S. B2C market. This position offers the opportunity to:Architect and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on user acquisition and engagementBuild and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital marketing, content, SEO, and brandEstablish the marketing infrastructure and tech stack needed for hypergrowthDrive community-focused initiatives, including student ambassador programs and university partnershipsCollaborate directly with leadership to shape and challenge strategic directionManage cross-cultural teams and communication between U.S. and Korean officesRequired Qualifications

7+ years of marketing leadership experience, with emphasis on B2C growth in the U.S. marketProven track record in scaling digital products and driving hypergrowthDeep experience building and managing marketing teams in fast-paced environmentsFluency in both English and KoreanExperience establishing marketing infrastructure, growth strategies, and acquisition channelsPreferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the U.S. academic marketExperience working with or interest in AI/ML productsTrack record of success in venture-backed startupsLocation & Travel

Position can be based in either San Francisco or Seoul, with the long-term goal of establishing a U.S.-based marketing organization. Regular travel between offices should be expected.Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $170,000 - $250,000Performance BonusCompetitive Equity Package
