We are seeking a Director of Clinical Services to join our team of professionals at a highly-rated non-profit for their location in Hawthorne, NY. This role offers an annual salary of $100,000-$110,000.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Provide direct and indirect healthcare management supervision/oversight to Assistant Director of Clinical and Behavioral Services, agency Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS), and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals (QIDP).
* Responsible for healthcare management, oversight and coordination of the Agency intake process and filling vacancies.
* Responsible for screening and hiring of new clinical staff, as needed and coordinate orientation, training, and mentorship for new employees.
* Meet regularly with department to review clinical caseloads, ensuring the effective implementation of treatment, programming, clinical methods, and best practices

*Requirements:*
* Master’s Degree in Psychology or related human service field required
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* OPWDD experience/experience working with people with developmental disabilities required.
