Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $34 - $35/Hr

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role, be self-motivated, and have a strong ability to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair equipment to ensure maximum performance and availability.
Maintain equipment records, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair logs.
Respond to maintenance calls and prioritize workload to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
Continuously develop technical skills through training and on-the-job experience.
Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and management to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a similar industry.
Strong ability to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong ability to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
Physical ability to perform duties that may require standing, climbing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment.
