Job Title: Chemistry Expert/ QC Chemistry Analyst
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Work Type: Onsite, 2nd Shift: 4 pm - 12:30 pm

Job Description:
The Chemistry Expert performs common laboratory procedures such as pH, weighing on analytical balances, glassware prep, equipment calibrations, and reagent preparations.
Perform routine analytical testing for in-process, finished products, and raw materials utilizing HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis.
Performs other laboratory duties as assigned.
Works under direct supervision and selects from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
Applies basic and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, materials, and equipment, appropriate to areas of specialization.
Utilizes PC for data entry/retrieval and calculations.

Job Requirements:
General lab experience, handling chemicals, pipetting, using balances, and basic math knowledge.
Preferred skills: HPLC, Carl Fisher
Chemistry Degree preferred
