Job Title: Analytical Laboratory Technician
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Work Type: Onsite
Location: Charles City, IA

Responsibilities
Daily testing of samples received from production.
Timely completion of tests to meet the established testing time.
Following GMP documentation guidelines.
Basic problem-solving skills and demonstrate troubleshooting ability.
Contribute to the team's productivity goals.
The colleague should have the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Position requirements:
Test samples from manufacturing to ensure Quality and compliance according to all applicable assays utilizing good aseptic practices.
Maintaining testing schedules and reagent supply
Completion of documentation following cGMP guidelines
Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, instrumentation, and facility
Understanding of the QC software packages used during routine work
Understanding of how to use pipettes
Preparation of media and reagents
Understanding of dilution schemes
Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds
BA/BS in a science-related field or AA plus one year of experience preferred (but open to a High School Diploma along with experience with gathering data and proficiency in Microsoft Excel).
