As the Senior Manager, People Analytics you will lead our efforts to harness the power of data to optimize our people/talent strategies and enhance organizational performance. You will be at the forefront of transforming how we use Workday to gather insights, influence decision-making, and drive business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by translating data into actionable intelligence that supports our strategic goals.
Let’s talk job responsibilities:
- Design and implement people analytics strategies that align with organizational objectives, using Workday as the primary platform.
- Additionally, support product management lifecycle of Workday adoption, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and other People & Culture initiatives, ensuring data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Utilize these tools to monitor and report on Workday adoption and effectiveness.
- Create compelling presentations and reports for leadership, effectively communicating key findings, strategic recommendations, and progress on Workday adoption.
- Partner with HRLT, P&C Partners, and other business leaders to understand their needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions that drive informed decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Workday implementation and utilization.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of employee data, terminations, pulse checks, etc., to identify trends, predict future outcomes, and recommend proactive measures to enhance the employee experience.
- Evaluate market and company data to make hiring recommendations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in people analytics and Workday, continuously improving our processes and tools. Lead initiatives to increase Workday adoption and user satisfaction.
Your experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, HR product management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Workday HCM, including reporting, dashboards development, and advanced analytics.
- Experience with other data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
- Experience with predictive modeling is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
