Responsible for rotating our dish-ware in the middle of service. Pulling dirty dishes from the line and refilling for our line cooks. Always shutting down dish pit at the end of the night based on our standards. With free time there will be some cleaning and organizing tasks to help maintain our kitchen cleanliness.
