Accountable for achieving sales goals, financial performance, market growth, and customer satisfaction for the bank.Directs the market sales initiatives and community involvement.Ensures team adherence to bank policies, procedures, objectives, and practices.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Executing the corporate business plan.Leading the local sales team to achieve corporate growth goals.Responsible for the management of a staff comprised of various financial professionals including Bankers, Relationship Managers, Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and support staff.Responsible for customer recruitment, interaction, and retention.Experience Level:

7-10 years Lending or Wealth Management experience, including an understanding of the underwriting process - Required.1-3 years Supervisory Experience - Required.Profile of Candidate:
