*Key Responsibilities of the Interventional Radiologic Technologist: *

As a valued member of our team, your duties will include:
* Performing Procedures: Assisting with interventional procedures such as angiography, embolization, biopsies, drainages, stent placements, and venous access.
* Patient Preparation: Ensuring patients are ready for procedures, explaining the process to ease any concerns, and prioritising their comfort.
* Operating Imaging Equipment: Ensuring clear, high-quality diagnostic images for accurate assessments.
* Administering Contrast Agents: Following protocols to administer contrast materials and medications safely.
* Collaboration: Working closely with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely treatment plans.
* Documentation: Maintaining accurate medical records, including patient data and procedure details.
* Compliance: Adhering to hospital policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Continuous Learning: Staying updated on technological advancements and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

*Requirements of the Interventional Radiologic Technologist: To qualify, candidates must have:*
* BLS Certification
* ARRT Certification
* CRT Certification
* MA License
* 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist
