Responsibilities
Perform administrative and operational duties as needed.
Assist with the proposal process and business development cycle.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes for customers.
Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation for the company.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for customers and the company.
Assist with audit, review and compilation engagements for customers.
Support the preparation of tax returns, calculations and research for tax customers (i.e. income tax, sales tax and other).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Utilize accounting software to input, track, and report financial data.
Conduct research on technical accounting, tax and audit issues and provide recommendations.
