Hybrid work opportunity!

Duties include:

• Responsibilities for assisting with month-end close for multi-locations.
• Assist with managing the monthly general ledger by creating and entering journal entries.
• Accounts payable - Entering invoices, printing Aged Trial Balances for Client Owners and running checks weekly.
• Accounts receivable and recording bank deposits by job which includes ACH deposits; daily management of the online bank account
• Payroll Processing:
• Multi-state payroll full cycle processing (salary, hourly, commissions)
• Payroll benefit deductions, tax withholding

Required Skills & Experience:

• Accounting degree or 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong experience with MS Office, especially Excel
• Previous multi -state payroll experience

Salary $70k-75k + bonus potential. Generous benefits!
