Qualified candidates will have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Sous  Chef,  Restaurant manager  in a well-rated, relevant, and busy restaurants in the Philadlephia, South jersey, Delaware market , DC , NYC 
• Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly back-of-house team
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, especially  fine dinning cuisine
• Highly desired; Associate degree from a culinary focused university
• Understanding of cost optimization, ordering, and vendor management
• Willingness and eagerness to support hourly staff on the line when needed
