The Role This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets in Excel. The Junior Operations Analyst will play a key role in managing financial reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring transactions are accurately processed. This role requires a mix of technical skills, problem-solving ability, and strong communication to resolve financial issues and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities

• Own transactional reconciliations, ensuring financial data aligns between banking and internal systems.
• Identify and resolve exceptions, unapplied funds, overpayments, and payment discrepancies.
• Analyze automated system-generated files, identifying missing or incorrect data.
• Work closely with employers and clients to adjust and resolve payment issues.
• Support billing, credit, and collections operations.
• Perform Excel-based financial analysis to track and correct variances.
• Learn company products and financial workflows to optimize operations.

Who You Are

• 2-4 years of experience in financial operations, reconciliations, or accounts receivable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
• Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Experience in insurance, lending, or financial services is a plus.
• Personable, energetic, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
