Chateau Marmont is seeking a professional and dependable server to join our team during the graveyard shift, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM . In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests during late hours, ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining a comfortable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests, offering assistance, and handling concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure proper order preparation and timing.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous server or hospitality experience 
• Availability to work the late-night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
