We’re looking for a skilled Home Health RN to join our team on a 13-week contract in Hermiston, OR.
Home Health patients are seen in their home which can include assisted living or adult foster home.
Position Details:
— Location: Hermiston, OR (rural Northeast Oregon)
— Setting: Home Health
— Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 Mon-Fri. Shared Weekend rotation (currently shared with 5 clinicians). Not to exceed 40 hours a week. (For the week before a scheduled weekend, RN would have Thursday off and work Saturday and Sunday and then have the following Friday off)
— Contract Length: 13 weeks
— Specialties: Home Health
— Tentative Start Date: 3/17/25
— Compensation: Weekly Pre-Tax Salary $2740 negotiable (includes base weekly salary plus weekly non-taxed per diem) 
Requirements:
— Must have BLS
— Home Health experience preferred
— Must have their own automobile for work
