*Job description*

Basic Requirements:
* Previous 6+ months of experience in a long-term care (LTC) or geriatric nursing setting preferred.
* Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
* Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
* Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
* Participate in care plan meetings with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* BLS
* Compact/ Single State LPN License
* EMR/ Charting Experience
* Covid Vaccinated/ Medical Exemption
* 2 Professional References

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
