We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee our growing support team at our Joe Morten and Son Agency. In this role you will be responsible for supervising a team of CSR's, ensuring that workflows are optimized, and coaching team members to reach their full potential. Your leadership will play a crucial role in the continued success of our operations and customer service efforts.

Location: Knoxville, TN or South Sioux City, NE

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and productive operation.
Provide ongoing training, development, and coaching to enhance team members' knowledge, skills, and performance.
Regularly review team and individual performance metrics. Provide feedback and support for continuous improvement.
Create, refine, and implement methods and department procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 6 years in a customer service role; experience in an insurance agency is strongly preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within the first 60 days of employment.
