Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare facilities, imaging centers, and radiology departments.
  • Articulate the value proposition of this software, emphasizing its ability to produce clean MRIs without reliance on highly skilled technicians.
  • Act as a "player/coach," directly engaging in sales efforts while supporting and mentoring the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to the executive team.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within diagnostic imaging or healthcare technology.
  • Strong knowledge of MRI technology and imaging workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell innovative software solutions in the healthcare sector.
  • A "player/coach" mindset with a willingness to engage in hands-on sales activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Compensation $200k-$250k
