Sr. Software Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:

• Implement and maintain server infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement and manage email security policies and protocols to protect against phishing, malware, and other email-borne threats.
• Analyze email security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with the network team to ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
• Administer and manage Proofpoint solutions, including Email Protection, Targeted Attack Protection, and other related modules.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Proofpoint systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities for Proofpoint systems.
• Implement SPF, DKIM, and DMARC (along with ARC) and Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, integrating with Microsoft 365 protections.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and IT support staff.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.

Bachelor’s Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems.
