Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of new toolsets that align with the automated/continuous build, deploy, test, and release process.
2. Drive the conversion from legacy toolset to a new toolset.
3. Strong expertise in leveraging a wide variety of open source technologies.
4. Identify manual steps and inefficiencies and improve them through automation.
5. Provide training and support to software engineering teams during implementation.

Experience

1. Deep understanding of development build processes and modern build tools.
2. Deep understanding of source code control systems such as Git, Subversion, and ClearCase.
3. Experience with C, C++, and/or Java programming.
4. Experience with Build Automation Tools such as TeamCity and Jenkins.
5. Experience with Binary Repositories such as Ivy and Artifactory.
6. Experience with JIRA.
7. Experience with Scripting: Python, Perl, Gradle, Ant, Make.
8. Deployment Experience: Ansible, Vagrant, Puppet, Chef.
9. Knowledge of container management/virtualization technologies such as Docker, OpenStack, and VMware.
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience in software development or project management.
2. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college/university.
3. Permanent residency.
