Senior .Net Developer - vb.net to C# Migration - Perm Role!!!

Job Type: Full-time

We're currently partnering with a Fortune 500 Client, helping identify a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team. They have a variety of applications and are migrating to the latest technology stack!

Highly Preferred:

• Well-rounded Microsoft .NET developer.
• Experience with Microsoft MVC and Entity Framework.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Test Driven Development and Scrum/Agile.
• Four year technical degree - Preferably Computer Science or MIS or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience working with SQL Server (2005, 2008) including experience with stored procedures, views, functions, performance tuning, complex joins, and security.
• Experience with version control and tracking.
• Ability to deploy applications and configure Windows Server (2003, 2008) and IIS 6.5/7 as necessary.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills; ability to think outside of the box.
