The Downtown - Los Angeles office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Financial Services and Securities Enforcement Department; to assist with all aspects of litigation with a focus on financial services clients.

The Downtown - Los Angeles office is looking for an associate who is willing to take on these challenges and become part of a team. Job Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant general litigation experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Court experience and candidates who have served as judicial law clerks would be considered a plus.

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients, business, and legal teams.
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
