National Recruiting Manager at Associate Staffing

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Perform system administration, configuration, and maintenance tasks on the ServiceNow platform.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
6. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
3. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
4. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with third-party systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
