About The Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual for a Remote Contract CFO role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, providing successful growth strategies, and guiding the financial area towards expansion. Key responsibilities include directing all financial activities, assisting the Executive Team in forecasting and budgeting, preparing financial statements and reports for regulatory agencies, and supervising a team in various financial duties. The CFO will also be involved in maintaining knowledge of policies, conducting or coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Minimum Requirements
Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting (Master's degree preferred), with a CPA designation also preferred. A minimum of four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Proficiency in PC software such as Excel, Word, and Access is essential, as is excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to identify development opportunities and effectively manage financial operations.
