Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an IT M&A Application Project Manager to oversee and coordinate IT systems migrations from legacy platforms to future-state systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking progress, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring seamless rollouts, training, and go-live execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage the progress of IT system migrations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support rollout, training, and successful system go-live.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify project blockers, facilitate resolution meetings, and collaborate with relevant teams to drive solutions.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including risk mitigation and change management.
• Work closely with IT, business units, and external vendors to align project objectives with business needs.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and post-implementation reviews to optimize future projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT project management, specifically in IT systems migrations and rollouts.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, ITIL).
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• PMP, ITIL, or Agile Scrum certifications are a plus.
