Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to craft and execute investor engagement strategies, ensuring effective communication with current and prospective shareholders.
• Assist in the development and refinement of quarterly investor presentations and other key financial materials.
• Evaluate and enhance internal policies and workflows related to investor communications and financial disclosures.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for investor and analyst inquiries, maintaining organized records of interactions and responses.
• Contribute to the drafting of earnings announcements, shareholder updates, and transaction-related press releases in collaboration with legal and executive teams.
• Manage the company’s investor relations website, ensuring content is current, compliant, and aligned with corporate messaging.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to streamline and implement new investor-related processes and initiatives.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required to advance the company’s investor relations objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 6–12 years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, or a related field, preferably within a publicly traded REIT or financial services firm.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and SEC reporting requirements.
