As a Prism Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering excellence while navigating the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, strategic, and aligned with the company's goals, all while fostering a positive candidate experience and building strong, long-lasting relationships with both internal teams and external talent. Your work will directly enhance the employee experience and ensure that we attract, hire, and retain top talent who align with our values and contribute to the overall success and growth of Prism.

A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, developing recruitment programs that align with company vision and long-term goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives, building relationships with leaders to address business needs and labor challenges.
  • Use HR systems and technology to enhance recruitment marketing and the employer brand.
  • Analyze recruitment and HR metrics, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Network through events, social media, job boards, and professional groups to build candidate pipelines.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates and build relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and reduce legal risks in recruitment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Position Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong integrity, customer focus, and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including crafting job postings.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and develop recruitment solutions.
  • Leadership skills in addressing HR concerns and responding to organizational needs.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and produce sustainable results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, HRIS, and ATS systems.

Benefits

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 annual based on experience

Hours

Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
