Title: Business Analyst IT L3 - Artificial Intelligence Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid of both onsite and remote work)

We are looking for a Product Analyst/Business Analyst who can assist our client in supporting Agile Development endeavors related to Customer Experience product development efforts within the automotive sector. Responsibilities will entail the following:
- Lead and Participate in the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for software products
- Create features, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical dependencies, use cases, and process flows.
- Participate in the Agile development processes including daily syncs, backlog management, sprint planning, demos, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Developers and QA teams during design, development, and testing phases to ensure production systems meet requirements and maintain their performance.
- Focus on Customer Research and Product Discovery
- Gather insights into customer/user behaviors, needs, and pain points through interviews, surveys, workshops, distilling insights into prioritized opportunities for product improvements and new features.
- Conduct research into competitive trends, consumer trends, and emerging technologies, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.
- Research and stay current in emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to internal use cases and external-facing products.
- Research generative AI prompting techniques and manage prompt libraries to showcase capabilities and promote use by internal teams.
- Product Performance Evaluation, Monitoring and Analysis
- Establish, monitor, and report on key metrics related to generative and conversational AI product performance, user behavior, and business value.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations detailing product and user performance data and insights.
- Analyze trending conversation topics and related product usage data to identify shifts in user behavior and evolving needs for product feature enhancements.
- Manage and execute evaluation/monitoring of generative AI applications, tracking performance and accuracy targets across stages of development.
- Measure, analyze, and report on business impacts of AI product implementations.
- Content Management for Generative AI Applications
- Lead curation and management of knowledge data/content used in generative AI applications.
- Source available content from internal teams or other sources as appropriate.
- Establish and manage content categories, taxonomies, tagging conventions, and other content standards.
- Process, format, edit, or expand on content or metadata as needed to facilitate ingestion and use by AI systems and human users.
Required Skills and Expertise: - Must have experience with Jira, Confluence, and a Visual Work Platform Tool such as Mural or similar.
- Knowledge of/experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
- Experience utilizing generative AI tools in professional or personal workflows.
- Experience in the automotive industry and/or consumer-facing software products is helpful.
- Experience with Salesforce technology is helpful.
