C.H. Robinson is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as Director, Carrier Financial Products . As the Director, you will foster carrier loyalty and drive revenue growth by creating and delivering impactful financial products tailored to the needs of our carrier community. Leveraging your expertise in finance and consumer banking services, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies that enhance our carriers' financial success while strengthening C.H. Robinson's market position.

In this role, you will work on-site four days a week, fostering creativity and producing impactful results through face-to-face interactions. Preference to candidates in Eden Prairie, MN, Chicago and Dallas.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team (both directly and indirectly) responsible for delivery of carrier financial product services.
2. Develop and implement financial products and services that create value for our carrier network and contribute to CH Robinson’s growth objectives.
3. Identify key necessary resources, develop ROI, and build team to achieve growth targets.
4. Build and nurture relationships with carriers to understand their financial needs and design tailored solutions.
5. Lead the creation and delivery of digital banking products, ensuring seamless integration with our existing platforms.
6. Manage external partnerships to support product development and scalability.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including digital product development and carrier services, to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
8. Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to innovate in financial offerings for the trucking sector.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience leading & influencing product or development teams.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or P&L management.
4. Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team.
5. Proven experience in conceptualizing, developing, and launching financial products that cater to specific customer segments, ideally within a B2B or logistics-related environment.
6. Ability to travel up to 25%.

1. Expertly manage and communicate with executive stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and foster strong, collaborative relationships.
2. Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across technical, financial, and operational departments.
3. Analyze financial data, carrier metrics, and market trends to shape product strategy and measure success.
4. Understand financial regulations and compliance in digital banking and consumer finance.
5. Address operational and financial challenges faced by trucking companies, such as cash flow management, fuel costs, and asset financing.
6. Utilize fintech and digital tools for banking and financial services in logistics or transportation.
7. Build and maintain partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and third parties to deliver innovative financial solutions.
8. Leverage technology and emerging trends to redefine financial services for underserved markets, including carriers and small-business owners in logistics.

Compensation Range:

$125,600.00 - $287,300.00
