Building and Grounds Manager

Brownsburg, IN.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The primary function of a Building and Grounds Manager is to oversee all aspects of building and grounds maintenance at the Brownsburg, Indiana facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain functions and appearance of all TMC Transportation Property Stay compliant on all federal, state, and local levels Responsible in finding the best contractor/vendor for the job and process necessary paperwork Maintain and upkeep the fuel island, wash bay, and wash bay pump room Supervision of vendors contracted to provide upkeep and maintenance to facilities. These vendors are included but not limited to: contractor janitorial staff, contractor lawn and landscaping service, and snow removal service Supervision of maintenance internal building and grounds staff Other duties as assigned
