Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Divisional Controller will lead the profit and loss for one of KLA's major divisions, offering continuous career growth and a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide financial support to the Business Unit General Manager.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business requirements and investment needs, developing a deep understanding of cost drivers and P&Ls for their groups.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Applications, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to support strategy, planning, budgeting, and long-term engineering development roadmaps. Lead and drive spend vs. target alignment.
- Understand changes in manufacturing activities, including headcount planning, production capacity, and inventory controls.
- Monitor changes in the cost of service for the division, including installation and service expenses.
- Be responsible for the quarter-end close process, including variance analysis of actuals vs. forecasts, balance sheet review, and reconciliations.
- Run and develop a dedicated finance team of financial analysts.
- Analyze customer deals and sales trends, including product transitions.
- Review and improve financial and business models to provide insights for business improvement decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Level Degree and work experience of 8 years or Master's Level Degree and work experience of 6 years.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Base Pay Range: $159,700.00 - $271,500.00 Annually
