CCHCS seeks to fill a Permanent/Full-time Staff Services Manager I position in the Medical Services Division, ISUDT/Complex Care Support, AMCT Support.
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II, the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I provides oversight, technical expertise, effective training, development, and assistance to administrative and analytical staff. The SSM I has day-to-day operational responsibility and oversight of the Addiction Medicine Care Team (AMCT) Support. The SSM I ensures effective and efficient implementation of the services and programs through active monitoring, communication and continuous process improvement.

The position(s) is eligible for remote centered work, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon the start of a telework arrangement, pursuant to Government Code sections 14200-14203.

Ability to: Reason logically and creatively and utilize a variety of analytical techniques to resolve complex governmental and managerial problems; develop and evaluate alternatives; analyze data and present ideas and information effectively both orally and in writing; consult with and advise administrators or other interested parties on a wide variety of subject-matter areas; gain and maintain the confidence and cooperation of those contacted during the course of work; review and edit written reports, utilize interdisciplinary teams effectively in the conduct of studies; manage a complex Staff Services program; establish and maintain project priorities; develop and effectively utilize all available resources.
