Encore Talent is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a great team in the Cincinnati area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Soft skills are very important - need a collaborator.
• Experience with Lightning, flows, and visual force.
• Understanding of Data Models and deployment systems.
• Experience in Apex and integrations.
• Salesforce certification highly desired.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or analysis and/or related work experience including systems, financial analysis, process design, project management, and product development.
• 2+ years experience with client-facing digital experiences, preferably in Financial Services, Retail, or Travel using Agile Methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to lead meetings that make effective use of everyone’s time. Consultative with excellent communication skills and has effective problem-solving and data issue resolution capabilities.
