Meet the team:
Dexcom empowers people to take control of health through innovative glucose biosensing technology. The Dexcom Electrical Engineering team is accountable for all aspects of electronics development for research platforms, wearable transmitters, handheld receivers and test tools.
The Sr. Staff Hardware Engineer role is responsible for design, modeling/simulation and test of electronics throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life.

- You will implement and contribute to cross-functional design reviews to maximize quality.

- You will collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver to agreed-upon project milestones and timelines.
- You will mentor and motivate junior engineers via an open, inclusive and collaborative environment.

- You have extensive ULP analog (AFE), digital (MCU) and/or RF (NFC, BLE) electronic design and test experience.
- You have a proven track record of executing in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.

- Experience with medical device design, FDA/BSI regulations a plus; Experience with ASIC design a plus.
- Proficient with ANSYS, Altium, Cadence tools a plus; Multi-lingual a plus.

Education and Experience:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 13+ years related experience or a Master’s degree and 8+ years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 5+ years of experience.

Salary: $156,400.00 - $260,600.00
