The firm prioritizes a positive workplace culture and offers competitive benefits to support professional growth and work-life balance.Responsibilities:Assess client and project needs, evaluate and document design direction, and create inspiring spaces that enhance user experience.Play a key role in small to medium-sized projects, contributing creative and technical expertise.Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop cohesive design solutions.Conduct design research, develop space planning concepts, and prepare plans, renderings, and material selections.Maintain and organize the interior design resource library, order samples, and prepare finish boards.Assist with finish and color selection, interior spatial design, and document coordination from schematic design through construction documentation.Compile construction documents, including material specifications, furniture specifications, millwork details, and interior finishes.Coordinate drawings with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of design elements.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.NCIDQ certification preferred.Minimum of 8 years of professional interior design experience.Previous experience in commercial, hospitality, institutional, or corporate design within an architectural or design firm is highly preferred.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.?
