Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Strategic Data Analyst to drive data-oriented initiatives for monday.com’s experts program. This is a unique opportunity to pioneer and build our evolving business while working in a start-up-like environment. In this role, you will be a key partner across marketing, product, and business teams, leveraging data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and guide critical business decisions. You will also play a pivotal role in measuring performance and providing valuable recommendations to stakeholders. About The Role

In this role, you will be a key partner across marketing, product, and business teams, leveraging data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and guide critical business decisions. You will also play a pivotal role in measuring performance and providing valuable recommendations to stakeholders.

  1. Partner with stakeholders to develop hypotheses, run experiments, and validate findings through rigorous data analysis.
  2. Provide clear, impactful visualizations and presentations of data insights to drive decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities.
  4. Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards to track KPIs and measure success across marketing, product, and business initiatives.
  5. Analyze user behavior, market trends, and product performance to uncover actionable insights.
  6. Continuously improve data processes and contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within the team.

Your Experience & Skills

  1. Experience: 4+ years of experience in business strategy, business analysis, or business data analysis, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
  2. Technical Skills: High-level proficiency in SQL is a must. Experience with Tableau or Looker is required. Snowflake experience is an advantage.
  3. Business Background: Strong understanding of business strategy, market research, financial modeling, business metrics, marketing funnels, and product KPIs.
  4. Analytical Mindset: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to conduct market research, develop business cases, forecast trends, and connect data points to drive business decisions.
  5. Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, while being highly independent and self-driven.
  6. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with an all-around-player mentality.
