Lead Software Engineer
Location: OKC - Onsite (Must have an active Secret Clearance)
Compensation: $100,000-150,000 per year (depending on experience) + excellent benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to lead a team of 5-8 developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using C#. This role provides the opportunity to work in a smaller, flexible team environment with significant growth potential and excellent benefits, including every other Friday off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using C#.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define project requirements.
- Ensure software quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing (unit, integration, regression).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while contributing to technical documentation.
- Drive the development of scalable, high-performance solutions.
Critical Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer, leading teams of 5-10 developers.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
- Expertise in software testing (unit, component, integration, regression).
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
- Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including Systems Engineers and Software Architects.
- Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
